“Can this Pc play the new modern warfare that is coming out at at least 60fps? If not, what do I need to upgrade to have it be playable?”

However, the amount of FPS you receive in-game will vary depending on the resolution and refresh rate of your display, in-game graphics settings, as well as your network connection.
