Yes, it is... I upgraded mine with an EVGA RTX 2080ti black edition. Worked just fine. The included Apevia power supply is 600W gold, and the recommended power supply for an RTX 2080ti is at least 650 W, so even though I saw no issues I upgraded the power supply after a month of use to an EVGA 850 G5 just to be safe.
