Purchased this on sale at $599.00 pre-black Friday. For those who is looking for a mid tier gaming PC at a great price, this is it. The unit that I received had the following: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 as stated GPU: XFX dual fan RX580 8gb MB: Asus Prime B450MA, no bluetooth and no M.2 slot, It's a cheap MB. RAM: 1 stick 8gb TeamGroup Vulcan DDR4 3000 Ran Cinebench R20 at 3640, very respectable I play Destiny 2 mainly Crucible (PVP) at 1080p on 240hz monitor. I have a full on gaming PC with 3700X and 2080ti for reference and my FPS on that unit is anywhere between 130 - 160 fps, which is max the game will put out, so 2080ti is overkill. The RX580 was hitting around 60-75 fps. Playable, but noticeably below what I am used to. For $600, this is a great unit and you can upgrade with another stick of 8gb, although hard to find just 1 stick at 8gb. You might end up having to by a 16gb kit for $80. You can upgrade the GPU down the road if you aren't happy but that will cost you another $350-$450 to go to the next step up like RX5700XT or RTX2060. The Ryzen 5 3600 will carry you a long way.

I bought this PC on Black Friday 2019. First off, I can now play most of my games on ultra or high settings and getting more than 80+ fps. Cyberpowerpc build their products with whatever item brand they currently have so here's the list of what I got: OS: Windows 10 Home Motherboard: Gigabyte B450-M DS3H WIFI CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 6cores/12threads Graphics: Powercolor Red Devil Radeon RX 580 8gb DDR5 SSD: Adata SU630 - 240 GB HDD: Seagate Barracuda - 2 TB RAM: TeamGroup Vulcan - 8gb Ram DDR4 3000 Mhz (one stick) Power Supply: EVGA 600watts 80+ Gold Fans: x3 RGB case fans Cinebench Score: 3408 I did a lot of research comparing pre-builts from several companies and I thought I made the right choice. The Ryzen 5 3600 and RX 580 8GB for $599.99 are what really had me buying this. Then I paired it with 25 inch FreeSync monitor. The cable management is very neat and makes PC nice to look at through the tempered glass. The 3 RGB Fans adds a nice touch although the box did not come with instructions for the lights. I had to figure it out myself on how to turn it off by pressing and holding the bottom RGB button for a couple of seconds twice. During my research, I read about Cyberpower skimping on PSU but I guess they listened to their customers because I got a decent PSU. PROS: Very Fast boot-up on Windows and on all programs Fast Ryzen 5 3600 CPU In-board WIFI AC with two screw-on antennas included Bluetooth 4.2 RGB fans x 3 Fast SSD drive 2 TB hdd extra storage Cable management RGB Mouse Basic Gaming Keyboard with media buttons CONS: 240 GB SSD might not be sufficient for multiple modern games installed Rear fan seems to run fast and loud when I use Google Chrome (memory hog browser) No DVD drive Keyboard logo lights stays On even when the PC is off Overall I'm happy with this product and we'll see how it goes in the future. For now, I highly recommend this product while it's on sale.

Bought this on 2/3/20 on a whim. Knew absolutely nothing about PCs when I bought this. Everyone on Reddit crucified me for buying a pre-built PC, from Best Buy no less (apparently that's even more of a sin). 5 months in and I've had ZERO issues. Only thing I did extra was buy another 8GB RAM stick for $55, based off people's recommendations, and that helped with load times on certain games. I couldn't be happier with the Graphics Card, I mainly play Warzone on mid-high settings and get 100-140fps. Fortnite got like 200fps. Escape from Tarkov gets 80-110fps. GTAV gets around 150-160fps on high. All those are at 1080p resolution. Bottom line: If you're looking to switch to PC, I would highly recommend this PC. I can't wait to see what gaming looks like when I eventually buy a high end GPU, if this GPU performs this well and it's considered a "budget card".

This PC comes well equip with some of the latest technology and I love it. Considering the graphics cards and the HDD & SSD combo it has been performing amazing. For over a week I've been trading assets and watching videos constantly. It is really easy to open and replace parts. I already added an extra 8GB RAM. Highly recommend this PC for any level of computing need.

Value PC for an Engineering student

Needed a PC for more computing power for multi-tasking, CAD workstation, and video editing on a personal project level, as my laptop was not enough. As an Engineering major, CAD modeling software is a requirement, the specifications and performance of this desktop is enough to run as well as open medium sized assemblies of about 250 parts, and I feel it can still do more. The limiting factor for me now is the 8GB ram, as it is just barely enough for the CAD software, and am looking at 16GB (8X2) sticks to replace in the near future. Package came well padded, already assembled and ready to boot. You just have to take out the protective foaming that was stuffed into the computer for shipping. I don't use the included keyboard but I am using the included mouse as I like how it is in my hands. I already have a mechanical keyboard I like to type on, so the included keyboard is not for me. Here is the "other" parts list for what was came in my version of the build: |ASRock B450M gaming motherboard (has BT, Wifi, 4slots for ram and I see an M.2 slot for future upgrades) |CoolerMaster CPU cooler |XFX RX580 8GB with dual fans |A-DATA technology DDR4 3000 Ram |WD Green SATA3 250GB SSD |Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD |unmarked power supply I used a certain website to configure a very very similar build and came to about $900 (without CPU cooler, extra fans, different PSU). I would have built my own, but as this was the best value option for me, even at the normal price. Cable management in the back is decent, but can't control the case fans with the way it is wired right now to what seems like a hub. It's only a set rpm and it's a little noisier than my liking. There is a lack of info and manual on the case as well as what exactly the RGB buttons on the case does, but experimentation is key. Would have liked to know from a manual rather than experimentation though. Ryzen 5 is a great everyday bare bones budget workstation CPU that crushes MATLAB and doesn't flinch in my multitasking with many chrome tabs and other applications open such as Discord, Spotify, Zoom and others. SolidWorks, a mainly single threaded software runs smoothly and without hitches. RX580 8GB is more than enough and powers through the large assembly like it's a single part. No more simple poly render when panning around an assembly! I didn't really care about the RGB, but I found how to set the RGB to my favorite color, as well as turn it off when I don't want the lighting. Looks nice though. I did play some games to test it out, but other than that, pretty much a plug-and-play PC for at home computing, or even light workstation stuff. Adobe programs run smoothly and much more fluid than my laptop, so overall this desktop was well worth my money, and the increased performance has increased my overall workflow, especially during this time of mostly online classes. Would recommend as an at-home computing solution for Engineering students that needs more computing power, and might want to game on the side.

This is an Awesome system. My old gaming system was annoyingly noisy and would just up and shut off from time to time, mainly due I believe to overheating. The last straw was when it shut down in the middle of an important video conference. This new Cyberpower PC is lightyears ahead of the old system. I did take the 8 gig of Ram and add it to my wife's new Cyberpower PC system so she has 18 gigs and I upgraded to new 32 gb of ram. I have never had so much storage space with a 240 gb SSD and the 2 TB HD. The Video card with 8 gb of ram is a nice upgrade for me as well. Looking forward to some new software such as flight simulator 2020. I did not use the keyboard and mouse that came with it, as I already had a nice RGB Keyboard and mouse that I love the feel of, but at least it comes with them as needed. I use and HD smart TV as a monitor, and graphics are amazing. I cannot say how much I love all the fans and how much cooler the system stays. The quietness of it is unbelievable. You can't go wrong with this system, I would highly recommend.

I needed a new computer for video production (and a little casual gaming on the side). This more than meets my needs and I grabbed it at the $599 price Black Friday which put it right in the pocket of my desired budget. Also, I got 18mos zero-interest financing just to give me a little flexibility on payback. I'm primarily using for video production and music production but I've already jumped on a game or two...mainly Path of Exile and it's running flawlessly. I even upped the graphics demands and it hasn't bogged yet. The moral of the story...great Bang for the Buck.

Bought this PC for my son who is just getting into the world of PC gaming. He wanted something that would be faster (and not glitchy) to run fortnite than his PS4. Straight out of the box load time is much faster, better FPS, graphics are amazing. We spent a lot of time doing a lot of research and trying to decide on the right PC within our budget. We are very happy we chose this one. The esthetics of the PC look great on his corner desk and the included mouse and keyboard were a bonus!

This thing has a lot of bang for the buck. Very fast PC. Only ran Overwatch through it so far but it was on the highest graphics setting and it didn’t miss a beat. This is my second one though. After first night my first one wouldn’t stay powered on. Assuming it was the power supply since these rigs are famous for having bad power supplies. Other than that hiccup it’s a very nice machine.

I am taking one star off for the faulty PC they sent me first. I was honestly so disappointed as I was excited to get this. I noticed that several people also came across the same issue. Basically the PC would start but it could not connect to any monitors. I tried 3 working monitors with 3 different HDMI cables, but each one of them said there was no signal found. The weirdest part was that I couldn't even force shut it down by holding the power button even for over 10 seconds. I had to unplug the power supply to shut it down. I brought it to a nearby store to hopefully get a replacement, but due to some technical issues Best Buy was experiencing, I had to return the PC and reorder a whole new order to get a replacement which was inconvenient for me. But I couldn't find another gaming PC with around the same specs for the price, so I made another order and prayed that this time it would work. Fortunately, the second PC arrived a few days later and worked! The first thing I noticed was that this PC has a different motherboard than the first PC. I forgot which motherboard the first one had, but this one is the ASUS Prime B450M-A and also came with a handbook and CD (which was not included with the first). The CPU cooler is from CoolerMaster whereas the one in the first PC had no brand name. The cable management is also much cleaner than in the 1st one which I appreciate. Most importantly, it connected to my monitor with no problem. The description states that the PC doesn't come with bluetooth, but mine did which was a pleasant surprise. I have used this PC for over a month now and it's still running fantastic. I upgraded my RAM to 16 GB and have most of my programs on the hard drive. My biggest complaint about this PC would be that the fans can get quite noisy and it heats up pretty fast. A few minutes of Valorant can quickly raise the CPU's temperature to 76 C. However it may also be because of the little ventilation there is under my desk (I also have a small room). I installed an additional case fan myself and it has helped keep the temperature lower than it was without. Honestly for $800, this is a great starter gaming PC for those who don't know how to build like me.

I was always told not to buy a pre-built, but I jumped on this one. I had a similar PC parts list made on another website (same graphics card, and actually a less powerful CPU) but this was CHEAPER! To find and buy the parts of this PC online, and get a Windows key, ends up being more expensive by at least $100. I'm seriously impressed. The only con I have is that there's only 8gb of RAM, and some games can get close to maxing that out. HOWEVER, there's full expandability with up to 4 sticks on the motherboard so it's not that big of an issue. All in all, this is an amazing value for a budget minded gaming PC, and can handle more than I thought it would be able to. I love it.

RAM upgrades should be done in pairs and match memory modules and CAS Latency whenever possible or you will have crashes. My son is a huge gamer and plays some of the most graphics processor challenging games..final fantasy 15, destiny 2, and doom eternal for examples and with a RAM upgrade to 32gB this machine does not hesitate at all. The graphics card is great unless you are using nVidia specific game features that cater to AMD radeons competitors with regards to gamer testing.

It's a very nice PC with decent specs. It can run most games on high although I would recommend adding an extra 8gbs of ram like I did to have everything run smoothly. No proprietary connections and an 600w 80+ gold power supply. All in all an awesome purchase fully worth the price and with the ability to easily upgrade down the line.

I’m so happy I got this pc! Mid tier gaming pc. Runs fortnite on epic settings with 60 FPS. Runs League of Legends on ultra high with 200 FPS. Added 16gb of ram with Corsair ddr 4 3000 MHz (8gbx2). Am going to buy another 16gb for fun. Opens windows super fast. Runs adobe photoshop and illustrator super easy. You can go into bios and Asus has setting for performance... I haven’t even done that yet. Con: if the fans don’t light up but are running, there is a lose rgb power cable not connected to power supply. Just plug it in and you’re good to go. Looks great and runs pretty quiet. Posted pic of it. Come with fast WiFi and Windows installed. Just deleted programs I don’t need. 2 TB of HD for all my pictures! Overall very happy and didn’t spend over $1000 for an amazing pc. Thanks Best Buy for the 10% off my birthday discount! Used savings to buy the extra ram. Lol.

Now I've been gaming for many years but I've never taken the time to learn internal parts. I would love to build my own computer in the future but as of right now prebuilt is fine with me. Had a Dell computer before this one and that one ran well but for gaming, the jump in performance from that one to this is amazing. I've ran games like Hunt:Showdown & Rainbow Six Siege at the highest quality and had no lag or stuttering at all. I'd highly recommend this for anyone trying to enjoy a gaming desktop

Great gaming pc. Only thing that was lacking is the ram being a single 8gb stick. Mine came with asrock b450m/ac motherboard, xfx rx580 8gb gpu, High Power 600watt 80+ gold psu, western digital 240gb sata sad, sea gate 2tb hdd. Extremely happy I bought it when I did and at under $650. Never had any issues with the hardware included with it but over the last year have changed it a lot out of desire not need. 16gb trident gskill 3000mhz, 500gb western digital nvme, cooler master 240mm aio, evga 700w psu, white cable extensions, and asus rtx3070 ko on cooler master vertical gpu mount. Pictures show some of how it’s changed for me.

This build is very fast. To price the parts out separately, it would cost more than just buying this pre-built ($650ish during black friday). The issue I had with this computer was a plastic flicking sound every time gaming intensified. I moved a SATA cable and tied it down and the noise seemed to go away. Then later on as I was gaming, the noise came back. I inspected the graphics card and the fan close the rear was chipped. I looked below and found a WIFI card plugged into the PCI slot; the solder points on this were bent so... they should have designed the placement of these two parts better. I contacted customer service and they shipped me a free USB WIFI adapter, plugged it in and started working. I took out the WIFI card and there is no more noise. CyberPowerPC has great customer service. I was hesitant to buy another PC for my son, but I feel that CyberPowerPC stands behind their product and will fix any issues that come up; so I will buy this product again during the next black friday.
