    Everything was fun and games until the monitor didn’t display anything. From what I researched I’ve seen plenty of people struggling with the same problem with this pc and I don’t think it’s the monitor’s fault. I’ve been working on it for hours on the day it was delivered and even bought some things to make it work but I got nowhere, I’m hoping for an exchange or get something better. I’ve tried the HDMI and the VGA but got nothing, I even tried it on my TV and it didn’t work so I’m at the end of my rope :/

    This was my sons big Christmas gift and he begged for this computer for nearly 2 years. The computer was defective right out of the box. Constantly got blue screens of death before we could even use it. Tried contacting the mfg directly and they simply blew me off since I did not purchase direct from them and treated me like a 2nd class citizen for buying the unit from Best Buy. Tried working with the computer for 8 straight hours following their lackluster support and virtually nonexistent documentation. Components seem to be very cheaply made for the price paid. They put stickers on the unit directly which left residue and was not easily removed. Kind of tacky for a $700 item. Installed components were installed crooked, haphazardly and with little care. I am returning the unit and will search out any unit other than this brand. I will not purchase this brand of anything again. PS: coincidence when I stopped by my local Best Buy I saw 2 more of these units being returned for problems by customers. Not a good sign. Do your research. A product is only half as good as the company behind it and this mfg seems to have so much business that they could careless about their clientele from Best Buy.

    I recently bought this computer on cyber Monday but the first On was having and issue and wouldn’t let me log in and giving me a error message. Then I got sent to safe mode where I couldn’t do anything. I got and exchange and now I have a new issue where I keep getting a blue screen error saying my computer needs to be repaired and it is so bad it pixelated my screen.

    Don't Waste Your Time and Money

    When it first arrived I was very excited to have my first gaming pc. I unboxed it, everything looked good, plugged it in and was greeted by 2 big bars running through the middle of my screen after which I got the blue screen of death. So, I took it into geek squad, who couldn't get it to work either. They ordered me a replacement, which arrived another week and a half out. Set up the replacement, power up, and even worse pixelation on this one, you couldn't even read the screen. Fed up, I took the replacement to geek squad again, where they once again had no luck with this piece of junk. They only gave me the options of ordering a third model or having to get a more expensive model, which in the end I decided to go with latter choice. Even though I had already done my job and paid for the thing and waited nearly a month for 2 defective models, no compensation was offered, which I found baffling. In short, don't bother with this model. It's $750 for a glowing paperweight.

    Alright so I’ve had this pc for about 7 months not even a year it worked threw out the 7 months but had a lot of issues turning on but some how I used to fix pretty easily so yesterday I went to play my game and it doesn’t turn on I try my simple technique unplugging and plugging it back it still doesn’t work so I came back tommorow. So now I’m just sitting on my floor with a dead pc and I can’t get refunded because they didn’t let me get warranty when I first bought it I’m going to at least try to call Best Buy costumer service to see what I can do but this is a 1 star for me boys

    This PC runs beautifully. This is my first gaming pc and I’m incredibly impressed by it. I use it for gaming, homework, and coding and it runs all of them perfectly. I play Rainbow Six Siege, CSGO, Fortnite, Rocket League, and some other games that require lots of memory and instantaneous processing. I play all of these games on the best quality settings and still can easily hit over 100 FPS. This thing runs great and I’d definitely recommend it if you don’t know what to get.

    Set up and Lights didn't work....called customer support & all they could say was that maybe a wire got loose. After all troubleshooting was done still not working. Now 1 week later it don't wanna turn on! Disappointed because now I'm trying to get replaced and non available!

    I got this pc for christmas, and I have to say that it is a very good pc for gaming and other uses. It has a fast processor with great amounts of storage, and a very nice graphics card for amazing graphics! My games load very quickly and efficiently without stutter. All in all, if you're looking for a great PC, this is what I would recommend!

    Best Buy is awesome at exchanges. I got mine yesterday and it had a faulty graphics card. It seems that some people have these issues. But otherwise, I know the gaming rig is a great starter PC. I just wished that it came working.

    Nobody help with this issue, and I was waiting online for 1 hours!!!!! The screen flickers intermittently. sometimes the screen become black, and automatic restart. This is new computer, and I only took less than a month.

    Great Beginner Computer

    This was my first computer, and I'm going to be honest, I was really pleased with the results! Since I have a 144Hz monitor, the refresh rate of the computer is almost always at 144hz. Even though there are four fans inside the computer, it barely makes any noise. With two TB of storage (SSD), I really don't need to worry about the storage in my computer! The setup was real easy too! Also, the computer comes with a keyboard and a mouse, and the mouse lights up different colors. With the computer itself, there are really cool options for colors. It doesn't need to be just one solid color, it can be rainbow or some other choices. Great detail, great performance, and overall a really solid gaming computer.

    I got this PC on July 2nd to upgrade from a console and once I got my first game I was in love, I don’t have that many games played because of bad WiFi but all of the games that I’ve played are able to run high-ultra with high FPS, for example I can run doom eternal at 90-120fps on ultra settings, each game on the mcc at 144fps (I’m capped from a 144hz monitor) I’ve seen people play modern warfare at ultra around 70-90fps, apex legends at 100-120fps. Specs: Basically everything listed in the description Motherboard: B550AM CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 GPU: HIS RX 580 8gb RAM: Tforce VulcanZ 1x8gb 3000mhz Storage: 2TB HDD, 240GB SSD. The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is the fact that you will need to get an extra stick of 8gb ram to make 16gb which is ideal for most things, you can find the Tforce VulcanZ 8gb 3000mhz ddr4 stick on Newegg for about $32usd. Other than that this pc is great and if your just getting into pc gaming or making the switch from console I recommend this.

    great price for the cpu and gpu combo. good for cyberpower to include hard drive and solid state drive. wish it came w 16gb ram. pc worked great for a week then would power on and have no display. all cords and connectors checked and in right place. restart pc multiple times and then there would be display for a few days and then no more again. pc would cycle on and off by itself. also had blue screen stating pc needs repair, not good sign. did not know if cpu, mobo, gpu was the problem or all of them. bought another pc and immediately swapped out gpu. now the cyberpowerpc runs perfectly w new gpu. the new pc w rx 580 gpu had the same issue, no display, etc. therefore i think its a defective gpu. took 2 months for reply from cyberpower tech support via email. no phone help at all. im hopeful they will swap out my gpu for new one. understand they are swamped due to pandemic. also, see pic w defective fan led. im using pc but w new asus gpu, its the only way. the new pc and cyberpower rx 580 is just sitting collecting dust. yes, i tried all the fixes for the commonly noted display issue. will update review if customer service comes thru w new gpu and the pc runs.

    All I can say is that I am a fairly new gamer and I was really always into gaming on a pc or laptop but was never able to get my own I wanted something affordable to start off on my pc gaming journey but I was super skeptical to make a decision on what I would want to get till I cam across cyber power pc and let me just say I have had absolutely no issues with it, I have not had a it crash once or give me a single issue I bought this pc back in July and waited a few months (6-5) to leave a review to see how it would hold out and see if it deserves the recognition. The graphics and running time are great epically with a good running monitor mine is ( 144 hz ) I run about 95% of games (ran tests on it ) I also have multiple games installed with beautiful beautiful graphics. and also play Vr with it and the pc holds out wonderfully I would recommend this any day in a heartbeat if you're getting started and want to go a bit on the heavy side with money but not over due it completely worth the price and cant wait to upgrade to a even better cyber power pc then the one I own. I would most definitely classify this as middle class pc then beginner and you should get it if it is your price range. Runs absolutely smoothly I'm in love, if you do have issue it may be your monitor or Wi-Fi with a good pc you must need good Wi-Fi! On a side note customer service (best buy) was wonderful, free shipping , and addition of promotions you get that you can find out when you buy. ;)!

    For $650 it's a great value. The graphics card, RX580, gets 117fps when the kids play fortnite. (Max settings) WoW gives em about 110 max settings. And the gpu hasn't gone above 50°C. I've not tried with any of my games yet, but it's handling everything so far they play on it. (Minecraft, WoW, Rift, Apex, Fortnite, Roblox, SoD, and some Tom Clancy game (Rainbow 6 I believe). The CPU fan is somewhat noisy. I'll be replacing that here soon. I swapped out the 8gb ram and put in 32gb (2x 16) of Ballistic Sports. I'll also be swapping out the 580 for a 1070 I picked up dirt cheap from a friend. So, in a nutshell, I'm more than pleased with the price and performance. No issues or complaints as of yet Well, aside from the RGB, I can do without that stuff. Lol
