Didn’t came the exact day it’s supposed to be shipped. I had no problems setting it up and runs all my games and some of the new games that just came out. Also comes with a decent mouse and keyboard. And a free mouse pad after registering your pc. Overall great pc and if you are on a budget.

This computer took me a while to be able to buy but I finally had the chance to get it and here it is.....I hope the current performance continues through the life of this pc!

Needed new desktop PC. Thought I would try something different. Had the Geek Squad install - they were great. Not impressed with the new Office 365 (luv the old version of Excel). You can toggle thru to get the color you want.

I purchased this computer Jan 3rd, 2020. I bought this computer because Best Buy wouldn't sell me the one I actually came for because it was "discontinued" even though it was still on the website and had display models in-store. This was the comparable model within my $800 budget. I've never used any of the brands on this computer, the parts or the machine, however my partner has a CyberpowerPC and it's a great computer so I took a risk. This computer ran beautifully for about 30 days before it started to viciously blue-screen every 5 minutes. Of course by that point I couldn't return it to Best Buy or CyberpowerPC so I had to work with Microsoft and Cyberpower to figure out what was wrong. After a month of troubleshooting and 2 factory restores, Cyberpower finally said I could ship it in for free repairs (but I paid $120 shipping to get my brand new computer there.) It's now the end of February. After 3 weeks (they didn't realize my computer was in their facility for one of those weeks) they replaced the motherboard and shipped it back. It worked for about 18 hours before blue-screening again. We assume it's Windows this time because of the strong of awful updates and get in chat. After several hours of testing, we find out that Cyberpower didn't even look at my BIOS which stored all the information from previous versions, AKA this was not a completely wiped computer. So now we're back on chat with Cyberpower and they run a couple hours of tests and determine I need to send it in AGAIN for fixing. Luckily they paid the shipping this time but it took another month for them to fix it and send it back. I essentially spent all of quarantine without my computer, I paid an additional $120 to ship what was supposed to be a brand new computer, and even though they replaced the processor, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If I could go back and do it again, I would: 1) buy the extended warranty because my computer was corrupted immediately outside the 30 day mark 2) Only stick to what I know, intel processors and NVIDIA graphics cards have never done me wrong. I can't help but feel like Ryzen and Radeon played a role in my computer being so fragile 3) Opt for the more expensive computer if it means better performance. I rushed into the purchase and I'm STILL paying it off even though I don't want it and will probably resell this machine. CyberpowerPC isn't a bad company, they do make good computers. Just not this one, and my troubleshooting experience was extremely aggravating and costly.

This is a great PC for gamers. Has 6 fans including the 2 on the graphics card to keep it cool and has been a major upgrade from my old one. Smooth and great game play even at some of of the highest quality settings.

This came in terrible shape. Broken case, motherboard shifted into the wrong position, completely missing the keyboard and the mouse looked like it had been stepped on. I could have dealt with the physical blemishes but the pc didn't work either. I contacted Cyberpowerpc and they didn't provide much help except that I would need to ship it to them for repair. Returned.

I ordered this online. Seemed like a very powerful and nice looking pc for the money. Box from Cyberpowerpc had no damage and everything was packed very nicely. The keyboard was in its own box and that box looked fine but the 4 key is stuck down. Then, after booting up and checking settings I noticed that the storage shows the SSD but not the 2 TB hard drive it was supposed to have and which is listed on the box. Tried to call Cyberpowerpc today on three different numbers but all were busy. Other than that, it seems to work and seems very fast.

Awesome PC loved it. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is starting out gaming on PC for the first time.

Wanted for a flight sim and it’s just perfect out of the box.

I bought this PC a couple days ago, and I love it! Great potential for all games and streaming.

I really like this computer. I don't do gaming but I do a lot of desktop publishing -- this computer is great for that. Seems to handle everything.

My expections were blown away with this pc it’s able to run all my games over expected frame rates I definitely recommend to anybody who is new to pc

Bought 2 of the same computers for my two boys as Christmas gifts. 1 of the 2 PC's worked great. Had to return one because the fan was running hot and very loud once he started to play a game. Got the second one home and it would turn on but you couldn't turn it off from power button and the HDMI port for monitor didn't work either, wouldn't detect a monitor. Took that one back and Best Buy ordered another one to be delivered to my house. My son waited 5 days for it to arrive. Just opened the box and the computer won't boot up. Graphics card also missing the cover over it like the other ones had. Taking this one back to get money back. My son no longer wants a gaming computer. Ruined his Christmas. 1 of 4 computers actually worked. Also saw two others that were returned to Best Buy the day after Christmas as well. Not sure what's going on with Cyberpower. Ordered them because of all the great reviews but that surely wasn't my experience. My first time ever reviewing a product. Sorry it's not a positive one.

Upon arrival, the display did not work. No display signal from either GPU or motherboard. Finally got some display working through DVI, but the display was corrupted and it could not complete boot. Both the graphics card and the motherboard appear to be defective. Spoke with both Best Buy support and CyperPowerPC support, spent hours troubleshooting, and now a return is the only option. I was very excited to own this computer and I am extremely disappointed it arrived broken.

Just got it in the mail and its great so far. The keyboard and the mouse are a nice bonus too.

Super fast and super upgradeable. I love the lights. I do recommend adding a Sata Hdd for all your extra big files.

I reordered this PC because I hear great reviews about it. However, the one I originally purchased I experienced the “ blue screen of death” as they call it. I would give this a 5 star but I wait for the next one to come in.

This PC is very simple but yet powerful. RGB is easily changeable by the manual buttons on top of the case, and is well built.
