So why is this PC so bad? null

This computer per online reviews , was supposed to be a mid to somewhat top gaming . IT IS NOT !!!! The Front Fan is Loose and goes GRRRRRR Laggy on Game Diablo 3 Over all not a good buy .....I wish i could get my $$$ Back !!!!!
