“Can I turn on the desktop right after getting it out of the box or is there any setup required before?? Also, it says 2TB hdd and 240 ssd, is this only stating capacity the desktop can hold or is this much storage ALREADY pre-installed in the desktop?”

The computer has the 2 TB of HDD and the 240 GB SSD already installed. You will need to do windows 10 setup but that is very easy to do, just follow the instructions that will be shown on the monitor.
