“would it be possible to fit a tripple 120mm fan, all-in-one cooler into thin case? or do i have to go with a dual fan AIO?”

Thank you for reaching out to us LilBambino. The case included with this system should be able to fit 3 fans in the front, however, there may not be enough room for a radiator for an AIO. The top of the case however, should fit a 240mm radiator. Also it is always recommended that you check for compatibility before making your purchase on new hardware.
