“I put in two 3200 hz 8 gb RGB T force which is the same company as the one given. The guy i asked said it could handle the 3200 and they light up fine but none of the usb ports work now. Help pls.”

Thank you for reaching out to us Charles. When installing the new RAM, please make sure you hear 2 clicks, one at the top and the other at the bottom. If the RAM is not properly installed, it would prevent the PC from posting.
