  • QuestionI have 1tb can't FIND THE 2TB THAT THIS MODEL WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH, Drive "D" shows 1TB Drive "C" is 240GB (I think that's my SSDI drive) Where is the other 1TB?

    • Answer Your drive is likely 1.xx terabytes. Maybe 1.86, which is 2Tb by standards. There are only two physical drives in the machine, one ssd (240Gb) and a larger 2Tb platter style drive. If not reach out to best buy or cyber power with the info from the physical drive

  • QuestionWhat’s the frame rate

    • Answer I don't know. The unit has yet to work at all. Absolutely no documentation comes with so can't say what the specs are. Owned since 12/2019. Several trips to the Jacksonville, FL store, possibly 3 units later and still unable to see how it works.

  • QuestionSo I bought this computer and it came was working just fine. Until I went ahead and updated my drivers and now when I try and play my game it works fine like I can play it but when I click my windows button it crashes the game with an error code.

  • QuestionHow much disk space comes with this PC? I thought it was 1TB, but I only have around 230GB of space? Is there any optimizing I have to do to get 1 TB or do I just have to upgrade it?

    • Answer Mine came with 8GB of Vulcan Teamgroup DDR4 3000...one stick....not enough and limits the machine to single channel operation. I opted for a EVO Potenza by Geil dual channel kit 32BG of pc24000 3000Mhz...less than $100 and they even carry a Ryzen sticker...so they work perfectly with the system. I looked at many other options and many memories with the proper specs claimed that they were in fact designed for intel systems... CPUZ id's them as Samsung or Samsung die chips....
