Pop the plastic top off carefully. Unscrew the middle screw on each side. The glass panel is held on with a magnet in the corners. Pull firmly but gently. Also, go ahead and remove the plastic film from the glass inside while you have it open.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The top of the tower pops off then remove the two screws from the top and the glass side will open up to take the packing out. We were confused and had trouble too.
