“Does changing the cpu fan/cooler to a better fan Void the in store warranty and/or manufacturer warranty? And if possible do you know which size decent fan/s will fit without blocking Ram or other components?”

Changing the CPU cooler for this PC will not void warranty, however, warranty may be void if any physical damage is caused to the PC or if there was a short.
