“When I click the button to change my rgb color it doesn’t change. Does anyone know why? I haven’t put it the activation key for the motherboard if that’s a factor.”

Have you made sure you fully click in the button, If that doesn't work the best thing I could recommend if you are slightly comfortable with the idea of opening the computer up and making sure all wires are connected to the motherboard. If you aren't as comfortable I would take it to someone that can help you out. GL Hope this helped
