The PC came with minimum to no programs on it. It usually comes with Microsoft office 365. But that is a subscription based service from MS. How did you reset your PC? Make sure that the computer is connected to the Internet and go to device management and scan for hardware changes. If there are any drivers needed to be installed, it will install it. My recommendation is get your PC on how you want it, google macrium reflect free. Download and install the home edition (free) make a boot disc or usb drive. And make a image. If the hard drive ever fails or the system crashes, you can re-image it back to where it was.
