“Fans are spinning but not lighting up. The bottom part of the pc lights up though. If I need to do something in the inside parts of the pc can you please be more specific because I am not that knowledgeable. I have attached photos of how it looks running.”

have you tried pressing the button near the power button? thats what controls the lights of my fans. i have the same desktop
