“So I was looking through the box and pulled out the plastic ziplock bag with all the motherboard papers in it and I noticed they all say asus z390-p as my motherboard? But in the computer i have an ASROCK b450? Why is this? I have no info on my mobo!”

I recommend calling the manufacturer. Sometimes they provide different parts if what they have on hand doesn't allow them to meet schedule. If you have an issue with this, I recommend returning the machine.
