I'd connect with either Best Buy or Cyberpower support. Mine fired right up when I got it, and has been running smoothly ever since. They'll be your best option to help get it figured out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It takes few minutes before it starts the first time ,just gotta let it boot up for a bit and it will come on if you have everything connected right. At least that's how it was for me.
