Are the memories Crucial ballistix 3000mhz c16? null

It's actually Micron Ballistix. I don't know what the manufacturer recommended timings are but at the bios it was set it was set at 15-16-16-35. But yes 3000mhz. I had BSOD problems installing a different RAM with RGB on it until I changed the timing.
