“I see that the computer has only 1 HDMI outputs But 2 display outports, I can't find what the second outport is and am wondering what adapter I need to get to hook up 2 monitors.”

The RX5700XT has 3 display ports and 1 HDMI. There is no onboard graphics card. You can run 2 monitors from the video card. If you only have HDMI input on your monitor, you just need to get a DP > HDMI adapter.
