So, the messed up part with these computers is that not every single one of them will be exactly the same. If you go on the website, whatever part it says that it has in there, will match up as far as specs go, but not brand. So you can have an AMD 5700 XT advertised, but the specific make of it, whether it be XFX, gigabyte, MSI so on and so forth... Will be different. And the ram is the same way. As well as the motherboard. You can mix brands of ram, as long as it matches frequencies. It's advertised at 3000 megahertz ddr4. And as far as I can tell my Ram that it came with is 3000 megahertz. And as far as that speaker goes, I did not get a speaker with my computer so I can't help with that.

The best way to purchase more RAM for the PC would be to look up the serial number on the side of the RAM online and purchase the exact same stick. It is always recommended that you have matching sticks of RAM inside your PC to avoid incompatibility issues. Also this system does not include built in speakers, they should be your WiFi antennas. You can install the WiFi antennas to the back of your PC on the coaxial ports.
