“Hi ... My son bought this computer a little over a month ago ... Has anyone had trouble contacting the tech service ... We r having issues with frame rate decreasing sufficiently ... And cant get ahold of anyone ... Someone please help Thank you”

Make sure the monitor is capable of outputting high Frame rates. Also try downressing the graphics (I know it may suck to do so.) Some games May be too graphics intensive to run on high. I’d suggest searching the game in question and seeing what specs are “needed” to run it on maxed settings if you choose to.
