“I can see 3 case fans one on the left side and 2 near the motherboard ,, i think all of them blow hot air out of the case but no fan is flowing inside ?? Can i install fans on top , if yes what size?”

yes but if you truly wanna get the most out of the cpu get it on water can be mounted on the top.
