• Yes, it i compatible with Nvidia Cards. AMD is the chip processor, has nothing to do with the manufacture of the video card. You just have to make sure the form factor of the graphics card is correct (i.e. the expansion slot is PCI or PCIe etc.)

• You should be able to, you just should be aware of the size of the graphics card and the PSU is 600 watts. The case is huge so space (unless you are looking at a very long graphics card) should be fine. A 600 watt PSU may be a little too small to power a beast of a video card.
