Yes, you can. There is a mounting area at the top of the case, directly above the CPU, for a small radiator. It is for the 120mm size I believe. I know that is more than adequate for running a close-lined liquid cooling system for the CPU. I am actually planning to use liquid cooling for my 1700x at some point in the future when I can afford it. If you wanted to liquid cool the GPU as well, that is possible in this particular ATX case. As there is a 2nd 120mm radiator mounting area at the bottom of the case (in front of the PSU).
