“I bought this desktop and I have everything plugged in and the fans are on and the keyboard and mouse are connected to the desktop and both light up however I have my hdmi plugged in from the desktop to my monitor but I don’t get signal on my monitor.”

Thanks for reaching out Frank. Did you make sure that your HDMI cord is plugged into your graphics card? There are two HDMI ports. One is connected to the motherboard and the other is below the audio jacks, connected to the graphics card, which is the correct port. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it’s plugged in via HDMI, you need to use the HDMI at the very bottom. The top one is for connecting VR. It’s a common mistake from what I’ve read.
