A:AnswerWhen you do contact them, they are still unhelpful. I purchased this for my son in December. Unboxed Christmas Day and had freezing and lag issues ever since. Called cyberpower and they just give unhelpful stock answers and Bestbuy have said that I need to but the geek squad help program for about 180 a year before they can help, despite the fact that it is brand new and I also bought the 3 year warranty. A complete mistake on my part - I will never buy a pc from walmart or a cyberpwer machine again...
A:AnswerThere are mounting spots in the back of the case behind the motherboard for mounting two 3.5" drives or four 2.5" drives. Motherboard models can very, but my particular board is an ASUS B760M MAX Gaming WiFi which has 4 x SATA 6Gb/s and 3 x M.2 slots, with only 1 M.2 slot filled. 2 x M.2 2280 (PCIe 4.0 x4 and 1 x M.2 2280 (PCIe 3.0 x2) (bottom)
A:AnswerMine appears to be a Cyberpower branded Levelplay CL240 ARGB 240mm AIO PC CPU Liquid Water Cooler. Check yours out and see if it looks similar to that model. The model of the motherboard should be printed somewhere on the board itself.

Then there are 2 USB A and 1 USB C on the front of the case.
