Thanks for reaching out Jimenez3881. You should be able to use a Thunderbolt card if it is a PCI-E x1 slot. However, the PCI-E x1 slot on this PC might be used by the WiFi network card that comes with it. Although the brand may vary, it should be a Z370 model.
