So, cyberpowerpc, you actually believe that we did not try the cable first. AND you believe that your trained techs that I spoke with for an hour and a half ALSO neglected this crucial elementary factor. That reveals so much about your ability to solve problems. But to answer, yes. We checked/changed the ethernet cable. And strangely the issue remains. huh. Rec'd our 3rd replacement today. Problem persists. "Unidentified network" is all we get when we plug in the cable. Any cable. So has anyone in the real world experienced this issue? Respectfully, not looking for cyberpowerpc experts input unless it is helpful.
