It is preferred that you get RAM that are similar/identical to the ones inside the PC already as different ones may not be compatible. QuestionHas anyone had any issues with the PSU that is in the system I have heard they are very low quality?

QuestionHas anyone noticed any screen flicker with two different resolution (same refresh rates) monitors? I have this computer and love it but noticed screen flicker after I connected the second monitor? Not sure if the PSU is having issues.

QuestionDoes the tower have bluetooth? Doesnt say on website. Want to get speakers for tower when it arrives.

- Answer Yes it has bluetooth, IF you have the ASROCK board, but the problem is, they can put whatever board they want to in there, so you should FIRST make sure what board they're advertising with it. The Z390 typically will have bluetooth as will most never boards.

- Answer Generic, and Gold cert is unknown. I'm replacing mine and I'd suggest if you haven't already purchased, don't. Buy the parts yourself and build, it'll be about the same price with better parts.

- Answer That appears to be a secondary cable to plug into a second GPU (video) card. I probably wouldn't run a multi setup due to heat and power supply restriction You can confirm this by seeing if same cable also plugs into stock card

QuestionCan the 9900 in this computer be safely overclocked given its components? If I wanted to overclock it, up to what ghz would be safe to ensure it doesn’t cause any issues? Or what would I need to do to make sure it’s done safely?

- Answer I would NOT attempt oc in this setup. The i9 9900 runs hot drawing a lot of power. OC to 5.0 would tap that 120mm basic cooling. And that chip is the gem of the system at over $500. If maybe the case will hold a 360mm aio, you can put in a corsair 150i and get the oc you want. But even then I'd wait until warranty expired. The mother board is a basic entry level $100 board

- Answer If you don't overclock,i handles it well. However, I recommend you buy the parts and build yourself, because their support is horrible and their custom motherboards are not supported by the manufacturers.
