“Whenever I click the RGB button on PC to switch the light color, my monitor would go black and says, “DP port no signal” and then it’ll take me back to my Lock Screen. I’m wondering if it’s something wrong with the display port cable or something?”

That is a reset button, not an RGB button. It’s just restarts the computer. For RGB, go to the GCC application on the desktop. You can change colors there.
