I doubt that it wouldnt come with an rgb controller seeing as this is the exact definition of OVERKILL. All this PURE POWER coming from the pc would most likely be wasted on the 32 inch tv that you most likely have in mind. I would recommend a pretty big monitor that is 4k and has the highest refresh rate you can find. A cheap tv would be a huge waste on this computer as you can most likely run any game on 4k 144hz. You can plug in anything that has an hdmi port into any computer.
