BrotallySwaggle, The machine isn't affected by poor Internet, the only thing that will change is your Internet speed, not the performance of the PC. Fixing bad internet would be an issue for your Internet Service Provider. As for the system running durably with multiple apps open; that won't be a problem at all! Thanks,
