Will this run The Sims 3&4 smoothly with no lag? null

Gdavis, This PC would be able to run The Sims 3 at relatively high settings, depending on the resolution smoothly, but The Sims 4 would not run ideally on this system. We'd highly recommend also looking at some of the PC's from our Rhodium line. Thank you,
