“Is the computer able to run and Adobe After Effects CS6 and Sony Vegas Pro 13/14 smoothly and render a video at a decent speed? Because i have a laptop which is terrible for all those things and usually take around 3-4 hours to render a 3-4 min video”

Nelson, To render video, etc. most programs have specific 'certified' graphics cards that they work best with. In addition, there will be memory, storage and CPU requirements to consider. We would suggest checking with companies that make the various software packages you are wanting to use, and get a list of the compatible graphics cards, and other system requirements.
