QuestionI am really considering getting this brand of PC mostly based on customer reviews of customer service being so wonderful, has anyone had any experience with the them ? the only thing holding me back is I don't know the name.

- Answer I bought the Computer and as far has the reveiws go it is really fast and when i logged in to my Social Media, It was Instant Login whitch is awesome and the Company (Cybertron PC) is a Realiable PC and I would Highly Recomend this kind of Computer to you. :)

- Answer McCoy, In the latest configuration this system comes with a GTX 1050 now, as the GTX 950 is getting towards the end-of-life for production. With this current configuration, which can be subject to change, the system is utilizing an MSI GTX 1050. Thank you,

QuestionHello, "The Intel i5 Core processor offers download speeds of up to 3.2 GHz." Is this the overal spead of the processor for gaming, or just downloads? Also, this computer should be compatible with all Sims 3 expansions at once, yes?

QuestionIs there space one this mother board to up grade? and what is the power supply?

- Answer Blue, Typically this build comes with a 500w power supply, though it can vary. And the stock build has the micro-ATX motherboard full for PCI-E slots, due to the graphics card and the wireless card. QuestionWould this PC have any problems running two monitors??

- Answer JimmyO, The Palladium will run run up to 3 monitors simultaneously with no issue. Please keep in mind that it may need to use multiple outputs to do so. (E.G. DVI, HDMI, Displayport, etc.) Please let us know if you have any other questions.
