“I am not able to find the product key for this product just purchased for windows. The Geek Squad tech person said it would be on the unit itself or in the paperwork that came with it. We have yet to be able to locate it yet. Can you please assist?”

WindowsProductkey, Your Windows product key can be located on the right-hand side of the PC tower on a multi-colored sticker. If there is a silver Microsoft sticker covering up two sets of digits, it will need to be scratched off GENTLY to reveal the rest of the key.
