Yes, it will run it most definitely at 30-60 fps at low - medium settings, however to get any better performance out of it you would need to install a dedicated graphics card, at least 2 gigabytes I suggest a Nvidia geforce gtx 750 ti, this may also require an upgraded watt supply.
