Dominik, Thank you for your interest in a CybertronPC Rhodium system! Based on the information available at this time (01/18/2018), we would expect both CS:GO and Borderlands to run well on this configuration. As to the mouse and keyboard, the system does ship with them. However, many who have other input devices they prefer, often keep the set the system arrives with as an emergency back-up set.
