Please try again later.Hi thanks for reaching out these direct connect lights operate on a 2.4ghz wifi signal so if you have a mesh network you will need to temporarily disable 5g and then pair the light and then re-enable 5g. The range will be dependent on factors that disrupt signal such as walls etc. You can check this by looking at the bars on your phone when connected to wifi. If you do not have a strong signal strength move the light closer to your router. If you have a Wi-Fi Repeater, move it halfway between the light and your router to improve signal strength.
