A:AnswerThe switch needs to be setup in the C by GE app. After that you can connect your C by GE account to Google Home and control it from the Home app or by voice.
A:AnswerHi Mitch. The socket adapter fits medium base lighting fixtures and only applies to our 3-wire Switch when using low wattage LED loads. If you home electrical system has a Neutral feed, then the 4-wire Switch can be utilized without the need for the socket adapter. Our support team can provide clarification on whether or not the 4-wire Switch is compatible with your electrical system.

Our bulbs are currently compatible with HomeKit. They will however require the use of our R-Reach Smart Bridge in order for you to be able to link them to the HomeKit app.

A:AnswerYou do not need to use GE bulbs. Any bulb should work. However, you will need a dimmable bulb to use the dimming function.
Need more information on your other question. If you plan to have 4 switches, you will need a four gang box. The faceplate depends on the type switches in the box.
A:AnswerI'm not an expert but you can purchase your own two gang plate and use them. Just go to your local hardware store like Home Depot or Lowe's. I bought the Leviton wall plate that you can customize which type of gang you want.

A:AnswerThis product does require neutral wire. I have one and a ground so I don’t know how it would behave without one.
You MIGHT get away with tying the neutral and ground together but you need to consult manufacturer.

If the Geek Squad is installing the switches they will know how to connect them to your ECHO.
You will have to download the C by GE app on to your device and connect it to the switches. Then you have to enable a skill for the GE app on your Alexa app which will let you voice control the switches.
