• There's an inset reset button on the back of the camera. Just insert the end of a paperclip for 10 seconds.

• Having the camera powered on, but not connected to your network via ethernet, iisert one end of a straightened paper-clip into the tiny hole on the camera base. hole for 10-15 seconds. In some cases, the password will remain and will need to be set to a new name or (blank) via the setup routine.
