We want to thank you for your interest in the product. Please note that you can access the pictures or videos by clicking the "SD Card" tab in the "Setup" settings. To enable recording, you can set schedules or have it triggered by motion detection. For more information please visit www.support.dlink.com.

Your chosen recording quality will dictate how many hours you get before it starts to overwrite (first in - first out). I use 16GB microSD and I think I get about a week of video on the main camera. The cameras with less traffic get a couple weeks. [note that I have these set up for motion sensing, so the recording isn't continuous - only triggered events are recorded]
