Side‑by‑Side Built‑In Refrigerator with Precise Cooling and External Water & Ice Dispenser, the ice maker is located in the freezer compartment and feeds the door dispenser system. Unlike some French‑door or bottom‑freezer models that include a removable ice bin for scooping, this side‑by‑side design is built around the external dispenser. The ice bucket is integrated into the dispenser assembly, so it isn’t intended for manual scooping. That said: You can access the ice bucket inside the freezer door if you open the compartment, it can be removed for cleaning or service. While you could technically scoop ice directly from that bucket, it’s not designed as a “scoop‑ready” bin, and doing so regularly may be less convenient than using the dispenser.

Q: QuestionHow long is the plug-in cord? AND, how far does it reach above the fridge from where it connects to the fridge (my outlet is about 1' above the fridge and I want to make sure it will be able to plug-in without moving the outlet. Thanks.

The cord typically exits from the lower rear section of the fridge. So if your outlet is about 1 foot above the top of the fridge, the cord should comfortably reach—no need to relocate the outlet in most cases.

Q: QuestionMy Fridge is 2021 production, on the outside it shows the freezer at 0 degrees and the fridge at 37, but inside the fridge it shows 63 degrees !! what could be the problem, and can i fix it myself?

Q: QuestionI have had this refrigerator about 2 years and now the refrigerator door is super slow to close. I actually have to push it to close or it goes so slow that it will stay open about 1/4 of the way. Is there a way to fix this?
