this is only a refrigerator with no freezer, so as long as you only store food to be used shortly after, you should be fine. I use mine at my office for water bottles and other beverages and things for lunch such as cold cuts, string cheese and such. Hope this helps.

Haven’t had an issue with anything spoiling or the temperature changing on it. The temperature control knob is located on the top back area. Easy access. It runs really quiet, I wasn’t sure it was running when I first plugged it in. I had to put my hand on it to make sure. I am pleased with its performance so far. I hope this helps.
