“How long is the plug in cord? This would sit on my floor but the outlets are half way up the wall.. If the cords isnt very long can it be plugged into a extension cord?”

Hello, Thank you for your question. The power cord for the DAR026A1WDD is 61.02 inches long or approximately 5 feet. The plug should be plugged directly into the wall outlet as putting it on an extension cord could invalidate the warranty. Regards Ann H Consumer Service
