I believe that it is a standard statement but not necessary for a refrigerator that does not have a freezer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Apparently the design requires the coldest area of the fridge to be concentrated somewhere, in the case of this fridge, it's in the back. A very small amount of frost accumulates in the back, but then it apparently melts into the bottom where it evaporates.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Sid, This unit does not have a freezer, however, there is cycle defrost or natural automatic defrost. The unit still produce a small amount of frost when cooling but it melts away during the natural off cycle.
