“how much space for air flow does this freezer need on the sides back and top, I need to build in a cabinet for it to sit in”

• Hello liz1, Thank you for your question and I apologize for the delay in responding. The upright freezer requires 5 inches of space on all sides including the back and nothing across the top. Building the freezer into a countertop or cabinet can affect the efficiency of the unit and may void the warranty. Regards Ann
