• yes it vents out front. You only get about a 6 foot long cord for electric.

• Model DWC508BLS has front mount exhaust, which allows the unit to vent properly when installed under the counter

• It is not front vented but I have been using it for 8 years as a built in under the counter in my bar. It has sufficient room in the back to allow for air flow and I've never had an overheating problem. It was installed by my very qualified builder. It's a great cooler!
