- Answer Hello Butcherguy, Thank you for your question. The temperature range for the DUFM085A4WDD is from approximately 10.4F to -11.2F (-12C to -24C). Unfortunately we do not have the information on how long it will take to freeze 50lbs of ground beef as there are multiple factors involved such as the number of packages per shelf and how they are placed. - Answer Hello Sparky, Thank you for your question. The upright freezer is approximately 24 inches wide by 59 inches high by 24 13/16 inches deep. It requires 5 inches on both sides including the back and top for a total of 29 inches in width, 64 inches in height and 29 13/16 inches in depth. Regards Ann
