Hi, Thanks for your inquiry! These units are not designed for use with casement windows. It comes with a window installation kit that fits horizontal or vertical sliding windows. However, some customers have successfully installed portable ACs with casement windows using custom solutions, such as: Cutting a piece of Plexiglas or plywood to fit the open window space, with a hole for the exhaust hose and sealing around the panel with weather stripping or insulation foam to prevent air leaks. If you choose to go this route, make sure the solution is secure, sealed tightly, and does not allow outside air or pests to enter. Regards, Jog
